HOW

During the intreactive event have members of your team take pictures or videos of the flow activities and immediately upload them and put them in a pre-made presentation. Have one person who’s in charge of placing the documentation in the right places of the documentation. At the end of the event show the presentation as part of the round up.

WHY

According to participants who have experienced this form of documentation, it’s interesting and engaging because it gives direct feedback to their efforts. People are not used to see the documentation as part of the event. The participants can also use the photos and/or videos as a base for reflections when the activites are still fresh in their minds.
