One-shot video
HOW
The short, one-shot video format encourages people to recap and summarize together what they consider to be the most important points of an activity. Focus the video around materials created by the participants or simply have them write up keywords on post-its. Let the participants decide what to present and then create a maximum 3-minute video with them presenting their take-aways by focusing the camera on the materials or keywords that they’re presenting about.
WHY
The one-shot video is an easy summerizing activity that embodies the findings and take-aways from an activity or event. The technique triggers you to think and answer basic and important questions and is an engaging way to summerize the participants own take-aways.
