Set up clear roles where one or two in the team takes the role as photographer so that they can focus on that.

WHY

A good way to get an overview of the flow of the interactive event and also creates opportunites for presentation material for the project. Make sure to inform and get consent from the participants of the event regarding how you choose to use the documentation afterwards.
