If it’s about documenting findings, participants can by themselves create one-shot videos presenting their take-aways. You can also encourage the participants to take photos of their materials so that your team doesn’t have to. Let the participants use their own phones and have upload stations ready for them to transfer the material to you and your team.

WHY

By giving the participants the responsiblity to document their efforts and material they become more engaged and more encouraged to work out the details. If there are several groups of participants, this technique also saves time on documenting.
